Data deletion request
You control your Insidr data.
To request deletion of your Insidr account and personal data, email support@insidr.app from the email address associated with your account. Please include “Data deletion request” in the subject line.
What happens next
We will verify the request and process it within 5 business days. We may contact you if we need to confirm account ownership.
What we delete
We delete your non-public social-media data, connected social OAuth tokens, and other personal account data that is eligible for deletion. You can also disconnect connected Instagram or TikTok accounts from Insidr at any time.
What may be retained
Information provided when you sign up for or use Insidr, including account and transaction records, may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or business-record obligations. Public information and content already shared publicly may also remain available in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
